Astara 3D Premade Fans are lightweight, heat-bonded premade volume fans designed for lash artists who want excellent retention and a deep jet black finish. Each tray contains 240 fans, helping you create beautiful volume sets while reducing treatment time. Suitable for both experienced lash artists and beginners.

Designed to create soft, full and beautifully defined volume lash sets, Astara 3D Premade Fans help reduce treatment time while delivering consistent, professional results. Manufactured from high-quality PBT fibre, they offer a lightweight feel, excellent curl retention and Astara’s signature deep jet black finish. Each tray contains 12 rows and 240 premade fans. Available in 0.07 and 0.10 diameters with B, C, CC, D, DD, J and M curl options.

Easy to Use

Our 3D Premade Fans are suitable for both experienced lash technicians and beginners. Applied using the familiar 1:1 technique, premade fans can significantly reduce application time while still creating a full, professional volume lash set.

3D Heat-Bonded PBT Premade Fans

Astara Premade Fans are heat bonded at the base rather than glue bonded. Made from high-quality PBT fibre, the fans are soft, lightweight and designed to maintain their curl while creating a beautifully defined jet black finish.
