Our orders are sent out by Royal Mail 1st class signed for standard delivery.*

Shipping price £3.50 UK delivery post out same day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday.

Saturday orders before 10am will be posted out the same day.

* Royal Mail aim to deliver the majority of 1st class the within 1-3 working days but on occasions can take 2-7 working days.

Next day delivery is NOT INCLUDED when ordering ONLY strip lashes or accessories.

Claims for lost or delayed parcels cannot be made until after 12 working days.

INTERNATIONAL MAIL

Royal Mail aims to deliver the majority of International Mail between 5 – 7 business days.
